Policy, Payment and Pricing Determination 
 
PAWF goal is to give a clear and equitable policy for determining payment and pricing. Pricing reflects the individual needs of clients, the level of staff support required, and the resources involved in delivering quality care.  
Individualized Pricing Determination
Policy Statement: Pricing will be customized based on the specific needs of the individual, including the complexity of care, duration of services, and staffing ratios required. 
Guidelines: 
All clients need to complete a registration form.  Booking will be done on PAWF website. Client will have access to their own account through My Account page. 
Pricing Calculation Procedure
Base Rate: Determine a standard base rate for the service (e.g., hourly rate for transportation or care services). 
Staffing Costs: Add costs based on the number of staff required and their qualifications: 
Standard support: Base rate + moderate staffing adjustment. 
Intensive support: Base rate + high staffing adjustment.

Pricing will reflect the level of staff required to ensure safe and effective transport, considering the qualifications and number of staff needed. 
Additional Fees: Include any costs for accommodation, equipment, or extended service times: 
Sensory tools or private spaces: $X/hour. 
Specialized staff training or certifications: $Y/session. (if necessary) 
Present the final pricing structure to the client with a detailed explanation. 
 
Payment Methods and Terms 
PAWF will offer flexible payment methods and clearly outline terms to facilitate accessibility for all clients. 
Accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and direct billing (where applicable). 
Require a deposit or prepayment for long-term or specialized services. 
For recurring services, establish a payment schedule and send reminders 7 days before due dates. 
Present the final pricing structure to the client with a detailed explanation. 
 
 Procedures 
 Needs Assessment Procedure 
Conduct an intake meeting with the client or caregiver to assess: 
Specific accommodation or services required (e.g., sensory tools, transportation, staff training). 
Behavioral and medical needs influencing staffing levels. 
Review pricing and staffing needs quarterly or as the client’s needs evolve. 
Adjust pricing if additional staff or accommodation becomes necessary, with prior notice to the client. 
Determine the staff-to-client ratio necessary for safe and effective service delivery 
Document findings in the client’s profile for reference.
